4 Years ago Ste left his job because of the Profit Prophet’s.
He had a great home, a great car, a great wife and kids. Not anymore, 4 years ago Ste left his job.
Ste was in a rut. His job meant he woke at 6-30am, left his home at 7-15am, spent the whole day watching a clock, looking and waiting and praying for the end of the day to arrive. When it did, he got back in the car that was costing him a fortune every month, drove home to his wife, his two kids and his ideal home. He arrived home around 7pm, relaxed, got ready for bed and did it all over again.
Until one day Ste got an email.
The email promised the lifestyle he had always wanted.
The car, the holidays, the travel, the big house and work at home as much or as little as you liked.
It was exactly what Ste wanted in his life. He ordered the course and made a start.
After just 3 months he told his wife that he wanted to leave his job of 22 years and do this full-time. She asked him but how much are you making now? His reply was nothing but I can make it work.
They talked, they rowed, they sulked, they did everything. She was dead-set against him doing this. He had worked out that if he left his job it would give him enough cash over 7 months to make it all happen.
He left his job.
Ste worked and worked and worked and worked. More hours than ever before but he loved it! In one week alone he did over 16 hours each day, never saw his kids and only saw wife for 10 mins.
This went on for months.
Over the next 7 months Ste had made exactly NOTHING from his new ventures.
It got worse, not only has Ste made nothing he had also bought and paid for more self-help, how-to course in the meantime. The Profit Prophets had been busy catching him, preaching to him, directing and persuading him to buy, buy, buy!
Future profits would be promised by the Prophets. The profits never arrived.
18 months had passed. Ste was BROKE and his wife had seen enough. She left, the kids went with her, Ste lost his home, he lost everything.
Sadly all familiar story of those being persuaded by the Profit Prophets!
And with a new year comes along a whole host of messages about how the new year can be the new you and how the new year will change your life and how the new year is your new opportunity to rebuild everything. It’s the busy time for the Profit Prophets and YES … there will be those that buy, buy, buy. Why? Because not only are they on the same wavelength of the false prophets of profit but they see the NEXT-NEW-THING as their own personal salvation from where they are right now.
And it’s self perpetuating and all encompassing because once in the cycle of the profit prophets it can be very hard to get out.
So what’s the answer? Is it possible just because it’s a new year that all will be different and change? Yes it’s possible but hardly possible. Why?
My mum went for help a million times to try and stop smoking. They gave her a date and time and system to follow. She never stopped. One day just over a year ago she woke up and said "I am stopping smoking". She has never smoked since.
That’s no different to what the Profit Prophets will do and say to you. They will tell, tell, tell you but the reality is if you have no made a change inside of yourself, if you are just listening to the same old stuff tweaked for your ears … nothing will happen.
Just because it’s new year will mean ZERO to you. The Profit Prophets know that, they get that but they also understand you are tuned into the world and it’s ways.
They know that because it’s new year you will also be thinking about changes. Sadly those changes rarely if ever last.
Ste fell for the Profit Prophets and lost everything.
Remember… the change is YOU, it’s in you, it’s something that cannot be taken from a manual or step by step guide.
Beware the Profit Prophets are busy right now, they are looking to devour you, every last penny!

The MagicBullet and Nicheblueprint are the two big launches at the moment.
You need to do your background checking on sites like http://www.warriorforum.com. As you need to get street credibility from others who know.
You are right, you need to reprogram your brain with new pictures, words, music and goals if you want to make a change stick.
Your subconciouse will try and sabotage your direction if it feels it is out of wack with the status quo.
I recently read a book by Kerry Spackman – The Winners Bible http://www.winnersbible.com/ (i am not related or have any interest in promoting the book) and he has some awesome strategies for change.
Also Derran Brown (the hypnotist) has some great stuff on some of his TV shows that highlight how to make changes.

Yeah, Always they say “If you don’t take action now nothing will change” etc etc, Tony Robbins et al Self-help, you have to laugh!
This is so true and extremely valuable. There are so many “coaches” that have simply completed a course yet profess the answers to all ills, “free” offers that suck folk into additional hidden costs, “best tips and advice ever” bullspit sites – the list is virtually endless. These charlatans are difficult to spot on the web; please eveyone, take care. We all may need a system, a method, but the true change is internal. Start there.
Yes I have been there, in fact I am right in it now to be honest.[still with the wife and kids though]that would be the last straw.
My nature is to trust people,and always will be, and I am eternally optimistic, both of these things are good , but they can also leave you vulnerable to the “profit prophets”.
Being honest again I cant quite bring myself to explain now how much sh#;e I have bought over the internet,but you know what I have learnt that if I think back and remember how I felt at the time,and I mean truly felt,not thought,felt,then I new at the time it was not the solution,or what I wanted to do,just wanted to earn some doe,and still do on the internet.[You cant let a few bad decisions put you off] But when you have had plenty of money and freedom, time to be with who you want to be with etc, and all your dreams have come true only to have it all virtually go / gone, well it does leave one in a confused place.
As Alan explained so clearly on the 5th march “the message” about the man at the window.[father] I have spent a little time at “the window”waiting for change not much,but some,and time also at the computer trying to make a change with help from the “Profit Prophets”. I see it as part of my learning curve,meant to be kind of thing,like coming into contact with like minded people at the message,all part of the journey.
There certainly are big changes happening right now,not just personally but all around us,in nature,in politics,banks/finance etc etc,a cleansing I feel.For what its worth I think there are also a lot of changes that are being “forced” upon us all that are not so good,and are not for our best interest at all. This is not me trying to be profound,I aint that for sure,its just as it feels ,and has felt for some time.
I hope Ste has made progress since the story above,I really do.
